- Step 5: Log in using your USER ID and Password.
- Step 6: Fill in the details as required.

HPPSC Junior Office Assistant Documents Required
List Of Documents To Be Uploaded On The One Time Registration System (OTRS) Portal:
- Matriculation certificate for age proof.
- +2/ Diploma / Certificate.
- Experience certificate(s) wherever required.
- Valid category certificate(s) in support of their eligibility, if any, viz., S.C., S.T., O.B.C., E.W.S., Ex-Servicemen along with discharge book, Ward of Ex. Servicemen, WFF Persons with benchmark disabilities, etc. All these certificates, along with an undertaking wherever required, should be on the Proforma prescribed by the Government of H.P. from time to time. Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backwards Classes Certificates should be obtained by the instructions of the Govt.. vide letter No. PER (AP)-C-F(10)-4/2010 dated 5th August,2019.
- Bonafide Himachali Certificate.
- Valid EWS/BPL Certificate:- Candidates applying under the EWS category will have to submit either an “Income & Asset Certificate” or a valid BPL Certificate (countersigned by B.D.O. if manually issued) along with a non-SC/ST/OBC certificate issued by the competent authority on the format prescribed by H.P. Government vide letter No. PER (AP)-C B(12)-1/2019 dated 11th June, 2019.
- Ex. Servicemen Discharge Certificate/Service Book: The candidates belonging to Ex-Servicemen of Himachal Pradesh will have to furnish a Discharge Certificate/ Service Book and a full detail in respect of their P.P.O. No., Rank etc. and NOC with date of retirement from the Defence Services to claim the benefit of reservation for the category of Ex-Serviceman of Himachal Pradesh. The Short Service Commissioned Officers (SSCOs) released on or after 13-02-2020 shall have to upload proof of having received gratuity

Nationality: A Candidate must be a citizen of India.
HPPSC Junior Office Assistant Educational Qualification
Aspiring Candidates are requested to fulfil these Educational Qualifications:
'OR' Matriculation from a recognized Board of School Education with a one/two-year Diploma/Certificate from an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in Information Technology (IT) &. Information Technology Enabled Sectors (ITES) as notified by the Director General of Employment & Training (Govt. of India) from time to time or three years Diploma in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/IT from a Polytechnic as approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE): Provided that the candidate must have passed matriculation and 10+2 from any school/Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. Provided further that this condition shall not apply to Bonafide Himachalis. (ii) Computer typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi: Provided that visually impaired persons selected/ recruited under the 1% quota will be exempted from acquiring a Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Application/Information Technology and passing of typing test instead they shall be imparted necessary basic training including computer training course by the Department concerned through Composite Regional Centre (CRC), Sundernagar or National Institute for the Visually Handicapped (NIVH), Dehradun or Composite Training Centre (CTC), Ludhiana. They shall have to complete the above training for which three chances will be afforded. If the incumbent fails to qualify for the same his/ her services shall be terminated. However, the incumbents already in the service shall be afforded a sufficient number of chances to complete the aforesaid training: Provided further that differently abled persons who are otherwise qualified to hold clerical posts as certified being unable to type, by the Medical Board, may be exempted from passing the typing test. Explanation:- The term, ‘differently abled persons’ does not cover visually impaired persons or persons who are hearing impaired but cover only those whose physical disability/ deformity permanently prevents them from typing. The above criteria for grant of exemption from passing the typing test shall also apply to the Skill Test Norms on Computers. | (ii) Minimum of four Research Publications indexed in index Medicus / National Journal and one Research Publication in International Journal. |
