By National Council for Teachers age Education (Form of application for recognition, the time limit of submission of application, determination as per norms and standards for recognition of teacher Orders education programmes and permission to start new Guidelines course or training) Regulations, 2002 notified on issued by 13.11.2002 And Diploma in Nursery Teacher Education/Pre-School Education/Early Childhood Education Programme (D.E.C.Ed.) of duration of not less than one year, or B.Ed. (Nursery) from the National Council for Teacher Education recognized institution. OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever a name is known), by the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002. OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.).
