Step 9: Fill in the details as required.
Step 10: Upload the required documents.
Step 11:  Recheck the Application Form before submission.
Step 12: Complete the Online Payment Process.

Name of the Posts

Essential Qualifications

Senior Surgeon

Officers of the Central/State Government Administration
(a)(i)holding analogous post on regular basis; or
(ii)with 5 years regular service in the scale of Rs.8000-275-13500(pre-revised)and
(b)possessing educational qualifications and experience prescribed for direct recruits ie.
(i) A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third
Schedule (other than licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956).
Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the
conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the said Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii)
Post-graduate degree, failing which post-graduate diploma, in speciality concerned. (iii) Work in a
responsible position connected with the speciality concerned for 3 years after post-graduation degree
or 5 years after post graduation Diploma.

Scientific Officer (DNA), for Forensic Science Laboratory

Officials holding analogous post in State/Central Forensic Science Laboratory

Director for Forensic Science Laboratory

Official holding analogous post in State/Central Forensic Science Laboratory.
(Period of deputation shall ordinarily not exceed three years).
