Motor Vehicle Prosecutor, Class-2,
A candidate shall possess,
(B) (i) A bachelor’s degree in law( Special) or L.L.B. ( Three Years) or
LAW (Integrated)of five years course obtained from any of the Universities
established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or
any other educational institutions recognised as such or declared to be
deemed University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission
Act 1956;
(ii) the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in Gujarat
Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967
(iii) Possesses adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or Both
(C) (i) have five years experience as a practicing Advocate or Attorney or
Government Pleader in the Subordinate Court or High Court; or
(ii) have five years experience of legal matters in the Government on the
post not below rank of the Class II post or Government undertaking Board
or Corporation or Local Bodies or Limited Company established by law in
India on the post which can be considered equivalent to the post not below
the rank of Class II post in Government;
(iii) Provided that the such period of practice in concerned Court as a
advocate shall be certified by the Registrar General of the High Court in
case of candidate practicing in the High Court or by the Principal Judicial
Officer in case of candidate practicing in subordinate court or by the
Principal District Judge of the concerned District Court or by the Principal
Judge of the City Civil Court Ahmedabad where a candidate is practicing;
and
(D) have sufficient knowledge of Gujarati so as to enable him to speak, reaed
and write in Gujarati and to translate with ease from Gujarati into English
and vice-versa. Such- knowledge shall be certified:-
(i) By the Registrar General of the High Court in case of candidate
practicing in the High Court or by the Principal Judicial Officer in case of

methods in Government/ Local Bodies/ Government undertaking/ Board/
Corporation/ Limited Company established under the companies Act, 2013/

Possess-
(1) a Master Degree in Engineering (Civil) or Technology (Civil) or Geo-Physics or
Geology obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or
under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational Institution
recognised as such or declared to be a deemed as a University under section 3 of
the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or possess an equivalent
qualification recognised by the Government; and (i) have about three years' combined or separate research experience in the field of
water resources or irrigation or roads and building on the post not below the rank
of Junior Scientific Assistant, Class III, in the subordinate services, under the
Narmada, Water Resources, Water Supply and Kalpasar Department; or
(ii) have about three years' combined or separate research experience in the field of
water resources or irrigation or roads and building in the Government or Local
Bodies or Government undertaking Board or Corporation or Limited Company
established under the Companies Act, 2013 on the post not below the rank of
Junior Scientific Assistant, Class III, in the subordinate services, under the
Narmada, Water Resources, Water Supply and Kalpasar Department.
Possess the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the
Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967;
Have adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.

Principal, Government Ideal Residential Schools, Class-2
A Post graduate degree with at
least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade B in the seven point scale with letter grades O,
A, B, C, D, E and F at the master degree level from any of the Universities established or
incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institution
recognized by the Government as such or declared to be a deemed University under section 3
of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification
recognized as such by the Government; and
(ii) A Bachelor degree in education with at least 60% of the marks or its equivalent grade B
in the seven point scale with letter grades O, A, B, C, D, E and F at the degree level from any
of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India;
or any other educational institution recognized by the Government as such or declared to be a
deemed University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or
possess an equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Government;
(iii) Have about 05 years combined or separate experience of teaching or inspecting of
educational institutions or administration in educational institutions recognised by the
Government after obtaining Bachelor degree in Education.
Possess the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the
Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967;
Have adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.

(a) possess a Bachelor’s degree of Engineering(Civil) or Technology (Civil)
obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the
Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognised as
such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University
Grants Commission Act, 1956 or possess an equivalent qualification recognized
by the Government;
Provided that the candidate who has appeared at a degree examination,
the passing of which would render him educationally qualified for the
Examination mentioned in sub-regulation (a), but the result is not declared, shall
also be eligible for admission to the Preliminary Examination.
All candidates who are declared qualified by the commission for
appearing in the Main Examination shall be required to produce proof of passing
the degree examination along with their application for the Main Examination.
The candidate who fails to produce the proof of passing the degree examination
shall not be eligible for admission to Main Examination.
Possess the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the
Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967;
Have adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.

1) possess a Bachelor’s degree of Engineering (Mechanical) or Bachelor of
Technology (Mechanical) obtained from any of the Universities established or
incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other
educational institution recognised as such or declared to be deemed as a University
under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or possess an
equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.
Provided that the candidate who has appeared at a degree examination, the
passing of which would render him educationally qualified for the Examination
mentioned in sub-regulation 1), but the result is not declared, shall also be eligible
for admission to the Preliminary Examination.
2) All candidates who are declared qualified by the commission for appearing in the
Main Examination shall be required to produce proof of passing the degree
examination along with their application for the Main Examination. The candidate
who fails to produce the proof of passing the degree examination shall not be
eligible for admission to Main Examination.

Possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil) or Technology (Civil) obtained from
any of the Universities or institutions established or incorporated by or under the

first appointment.

qualifications, the upper age limit shall not apply.
(ii) If experience is not prescribed as one of the
qualifications and a Govt. servant appointed to a
post requiring a Medical, Engineering, Veterinary
or Agriculture degree or diploma and who applied
for any such post, the upper age limit shall not
apply.
(iii) If experience is not prescribed as one of the
qualifications in the advertisement, Govt. servants
who are working on the post from which an
employee can be promoted to the post so
advertised, be entitled to relaxation of 5 years, or
to the extent of equal number of years for which
service has been put in by him, whichever is less.
