Educational Qualifications

M.Sc in Bio Chemistry
Or
(in the absence of those with the qualification)
M.Sc in Chemistry with Bio Chemistry
Or
(in the absence of those with the qualification)
M.Sc in any of the following subjects:
1. Pure Chemistry
2. Applied Chemistry
3. Analytical Chemistry.

1) B.Sc Degree in Chemistry or Physics of a recognized university.
2) Must be certified to possess the visual standards specified below
without glasses.

(i) Distant Vision: Right Eye -  6/6 Snellen, Left Eye - 6/6 Snellen
(ii) Near Vision: Right Eye -  0.5 Snellen, Left Eye - 0.5 Snellen

i) A Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from UGC recognised University/
National Institute established by the Central Government or Institutes established by
Government of Kerala.
(ii) Three Years experience in similar field in a Government/Quasi Government or
a Public/recognized Private Sector Undertaking.

Service not less than 5(Five) years as Village Extension Officer (5 Years service
should be completed before last date fixed for receipt of application). The period
of pre-service training will not be counted as service in this case.

1. Pass in SSLC
2. Ten years of experience as Anganwadi worker under Integrated
Child Development Scheme in Social Welfare Department

Associate membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
and Associate Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Probation: Every person appointed to the post shall be on probation for a total period of one year on duty within
a continuous period of two years,from the date on which he/she joins duty.

1. Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering;
OR
2. (a) Pass in SSLC or its equivalent qualification; and
(b) ITI Certificate in Draftsman trade (Civil or Mechanical).

1) Plus Two or its equivalent qualification.
2) Diploma in Poultry Production/Dairy Science/Laboratory
Techniques.
OR
3) B.Sc. P.P.B.M Degree from a Govt. recognized institution.

a) Diploma in Civil Engineering
b) 3 years experience in Civil Construction work in a Government or quasi
Government institution.

1) National Diploma or BFA in Painting, Sculpture or Applied Art from a
recognized Institution/ University.

MCA / B Tech (Computer Science or IT ) / MSc (Computer Science)

1. Applicants must have 3 (Three) years regular service in any cadre in the Member
Societies affiliated to Kerala Kerakarshaka Sahakarana Federation Limited and should be in
service of the Member society not only on the date of application but also on the date of
appointment.
2. MCA / B Tech (Computer Science or IT ) / MSc (Computer Science)

Degree in Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Oil Technology

1. Applicants must have 3 (Three) years regular service in any cadre in the Member
Societies affiliated to Kerala Kerakarshaka Sahakarana Federation Limited and should be in
service of the Member society not only on the date of application but also on the date of
appointment.
2. Degree in Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry/Oil Technology

a) Diploma in Electrical Engineering .
OR
In the absence of Candidates with the above qualification Certificate awarded by the
ITI after having completed 18 months course in the trade of Electrician and
successful completion of apprenticeship.
b) Two years experience in a film studio of repute

Probation: The candidates selected to the post shall be on probation for a period of two years of duty
within a continuous period of three years from their date of appointment to the post

1. Graduation from a recognized University
2. Typewriting (English) Higher KGTE or equivalent qualification
3. Shorthand (English) Higher KGTE or equivalent qualification
4. Typewriting (Malayalam) Lower KGTE

A Title of Oriental Learning in Tamil awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala (if such
Title has been declared as equivalent to part III of Degree) and Certificate in Language Teacher's
Training issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. 

2) Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the
Government of Kerala.

1) The candidate should possess any one of the Academic Qualification and a Training qualification

OR
A title of Oriental Learning in Hindi awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala (if such

OR
Praveen of the Dakshina Bharatha Hindi Prachara sabha, Madras with a pass in SSLC
Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations , Kerala or its
equivalent.
OR
Sahithyacharya of Kerala Hindi Prachara Sabha, with a pass in S.S.L.C Examination conducted
by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent.
2)Training qualifications
B.Ed/B.T/L.T. Conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala.
OR
Diploma or Certificate of Language Teachers Training in Hindi issued by the Commissioner for
Government Examinations, Kerala.
OR
Diploma in Hindi Teachers Training issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations,
Kerala.
OR
A pass in any one of the following examinations of Kendriya Hindi Sikshan Mandal, Agra,
namely;-
(1) Hindi Sikshan Praveen.
(2) Hindi Sikshan Parangath.
(3) Hindi Sikshan Nishnat.
OR
Acharya Title of the Kerala Hindi Prachara Sabha or Siksha Snathak Title of Dakshina Bharatha
Hindi Prachara Sabha are accepted as alternative training qualification.
OR
B.Ed. from Dakshina Bharatha Hindi Prachara Sabha is accepted as an alternative training
qualification (G.O(P) No.331/90/P&ARD dated 2.11.1990).
3) Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the
Government of Kerala. 

4) Service as Clerk/Typist/Attender/Office Attendant/ Binder in the General Education Department
with not less than 5 years as on the date of application.

(1) A pass in SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations,
Kerala or its equivalent.
OR
A pass in Pre-degree examination conducted by any of the Universities in Kerala or any
examination recognized by any such Universities in Kerala as equivalent to Pre-degree examination.
OR
A pass in Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary
Examinations, Kerala or any other Examinations recognized by Government as equivalent thereto.
(2) A pass in TTC (Tamil) Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations,
Kerala.
OR
A Degree in any subject and B.Ed/B.T/L.T (Tamil) conferred or recognized by the Universities in
Kerala. 

(3) Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the
Government of Kerala. 

(4) 5 years service as Clerk/Typist/Attender/ Office Attendant/ Full Time Menial in the General

(1) Pass in SSLC or equivalent qualification.
(2) Pass in Masseurs Training Course - Ayurveda Therapists Course approved by Government of

ii) Experience as Electrical Line Helper or as Lascar for atleast a period of One year.

1) Degree in Sociology / Social Work, Home Science or Psychology of a recognized

II. One Year Experience as Senior Resident in the concerned subject in a NMC
recognized Medical College after acquiring Post Graduate Degree.
III. Permanent Registration under Kerala State Medical Council (TCMC)/ Council
for Modern Medicine.

1. A post Graduate Degree in Ayurveda in the concerned subject from any of the
Universities in Kerala or from any other University recognized by any of the Universities
in Kerala.
2. Permanent 'A' class Registration with Travancore-Cochin Medical Council (Council of
indigenous Medicine).

i. DM/DNB in Cardiology
ii. Permanent Registration Under Kerala State Medical Council
(TCMC)/ Council for Modern Medicine

i. MD/DNB in Biochemistry
ii. One Year Experience as Senior Resident in Biochemistry in a
NMC Recognized Medical College after acquiring Post

A University Degree with at least a Second Class.
