Rajasthan Conductor Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality:
(a) A citizen of India, or
(b) A subject of Nepal, or
(c) A subject of Bhutan, or
(d) A Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1-1-62 to permanently settle in India, or
(e) A person of Indian origin who has migrated to India from Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanzania and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia to settle in India permanently.
Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (b), (c), (d) and (e) mentioned in point No. 7(1) must be a person in whose name the Government of India has granted an eligibility certificate. Such candidates in whose case an eligibility certificate is necessary may be admitted to any examination conducted by the Board or any other recruiting authority or may be called for interview and may also be provisionally appointed subject to the necessary certificate being issued by the Government of India.
