Steps to Apply for the RBI BMC Recruitment Notification 2024:

  • Step 1: Visit the Official website of The Reserve Bank of India https://opportunities.rbi.org.in/Scripts/index.aspx
  • Step 2: Click the “VACANCIES” button on the homepage under the ‘Current Vacancies’ section from the menu bar.
  • Step 3: Click on “Engagement of Bank’s Medical Consultant (BMC) on a contract basis with fixed hourly remuneration, Shillong” (under the vacancies section).
  • Step 4: Download the ‘Application Form PDF.’
  • Step 5: Fill out the Application Form as required.
  • Step 6: Attach one set of self-attested photocopies of all educational qualifications, and experience certificates (specifying nature and period).
  • Candidates applying under the reserved category (ST) shall need to attach a copy of their caste certificate, issued by the competent authority.
  • Step 7: Affixed one Self-attested recent passport-size photograph on the prescribed Application Form available.
  • Step 8: Recheck your Application Form & attached documents carefully.
  • Step 9: Send your Application Form along with the required attachments to the Address:

The envelope should be superscripted with “‘Application for the post of Bank’s Medical Consultant on a contract basis.”

Bank's Medical Consultants (BMC)
Applicant should have a minimum MBBS degree of any university recognized by the Medical Council of India in the allopathic system of medicine.
The Applicant should have a minimum of 2 (two) years of experience practicing medicine in any hospital or clinic as a Medical Practitioner.
The applicants should have his/her dispensary or place of residence within a radius of 3-5 kms from the Bank’s dispensary at the aforementioned location.

RBI BMC Recruitment Notification 2024 – Selection Process

The RBI Bank’s Medical Consultant (BMC) post-selection process will be based on Interview, Medical Test & document verification.

Remuneration

  • ₹1000/- per hour for the entire period of the contract i.e., three (03) years.
  • Out of the total monthly remuneration so payable, a sum of ₹1,000/- per month may be treated as conveyance expense.
  • Reimbursement of mobile charges @ Rs.1,000/- per month.
