- Step 3: Click on “Engagement of Part-Time Medical Consultant (MC) in the Bank on Contract Basis with Fixed Hourly Remuneration, Mumbai” (under the vacancies section).
- Step 4: Download the ‘Application Form PDF.’
- Step 5: Fill out the Application Form as required.
- Step 6: Attach one set of self-attested photocopies of all educational qualifications, and experience certificates (specifying nature and period).
- Step 7: Affixed one Self-attested recent passport-size photograph on the prescribed Application Form available.
- Step 8: Recheck your Application Form & attached documents carefully.
- Step 9: Send your Application Form along with the required attachments to the Address:

Remuneration
- ₹1000/- per hour for the entire period of the contract i.e., three (03) years.
- Out of the total monthly remuneration so payable, a sum of ₹1,000/- per month may be treated as conveyance expense.
- Reimbursement of mobile charges @ Rs.1,000/- per month.
