Health & Family Welfare	General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO) Allopathy	A recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualification) of the Indian Medical 'Council Act, 1956, Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of the Section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act. 1956.	Completion of compulsory- rotating internship. Candidates who may not have completed a rotating internship shall be eligible to apply for the Written examination or interview as the case may be provided that, at the time of the actual interview they shall have to produce proof of successful completion of the compulsory internship.
	General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO) Dental Surgeon	A recognised medical qualification in Dentistry included in the Part-I or Part -III of the Schedule to the Dentist Act. 1948 as amended from time to time.
	General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO) Homeopathy	A recognized Medical qualification in Homeopathy included in the Second or Third Schedule to the Homeopathy Central Council Act. 1973. Note: 1. Medical qualifications in Homeopathy of 4 years duration awarded before the enforcement of Homeopathy (Diploma Course) Regulation, 1983 and included in the Second Schedule to the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 will also be recognized medical qualifications.
