Educational Qualification

Engineering graduate in Mining Machinery / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering (BE/B.Tech).

Maximum age limit: Not more than 65 years during the contract period.

Experience

Retired E8/E9 Grade executive of Excavation Discipline from CIL / Subsidiary companies or equivalent PSU / autonomous organisation of Central/State Government.Extensive work experience in HEMM maintenance & management for at least 25 years in open-cast mining projects. Leadership roles in policy-making at corporate level/Head Quarters of CIL/subsidiaries/PSU in the capacity of Head of the department (Excavation/Mechanical) for a minimum of 1 year, with experience of HEMM procurement and review of HEMM management.

Pay Scale & Benefits

Conveyance Charges: 5% of consolidated pay per month (if company conveyance is not provided).Accommodation: Suitable company accommodation or HRA as per applicable CIL HRA rules.Mobile Telephone Reimbursement: Actual bills or ₹1,000/- per month, whichever is less.Medical & TA/DA: As per applicable CIL rules for retired executive/ advisor posts.
