Steps to Apply for the HPSC PGT in 2026:

  • Step 1: Visit the Official Website of the Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) https://hpsc.gov.in/
  • Step 2: Click on the ‘Advertisements’ button in the Menu Bar of a homepage.
  • Step 3: Click the “Click here to Apply Online” button beside the ‘Advt. No. 23 of 2026 – Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs) positions in the subject of Computer Science for the Rest of Haryana Cadre & Mewat Cadre.
  • Step 4: Select “New Registration”
  • Step 5: Read the instructions & proceed. (click on ‘Got it’).
  • Step 6: Fill in the basic details to complete the registration Process.
  • Step 7: After Registration, a Login ID will be created, and candidates will need to complete the Registration Process using this login ID.

HPSC PGT Eligibility Criteria 2026

For this recruitment, a candidate must be either:

  • (a) A citizen of India, or
  • (b) A subject of Nepal, or
  • (c) A subject of Bhutan, or
  • (d) A Tibetan Refugee who came to India before the 1st of January, 1962, intending to settle in India permanently, or
  • (e) A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam, intending to permanently settle in India.
  • Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (b), (c), (d) and (e) shall be a person in whose favour the government of India has issued a certificate of eligibility.
  • A candidate for whom a certificate of eligibility is necessary may be admitted to the examination, but the offer of appointment may be given only after the necessary eligibility certificate has been issued to him/her by the government of India.

HPSC PGT Recruitment 2026: Documents Required

  1. Scanned Photo duly signed by the Candidate.
  2. Scanned Signatures of the Candidate.
  3. Scanned copies of degrees and mark sheets of the Educational Qualifications.
  4. Scanned copy of certificate of mental and physical fitness issued by the standing Medical Board after being examined in accordance with the regulations prescribed in Appendix ‘C’, and is considered by the Medical Authority to be fit in all respects for active outdoor duties.
  5. Scanned copy of the OSC/DSC certificate of Haryana.
  6. A scanned copy of the BC-A & BC-B certificate should be issued in the year 2025-26 as per Govt. instructions dated 22.03.2022 & notifications dated 16.07.2024, i.e. Certificate should have been issued on or after 01.04.2025, but before the closing date.
  7. Scanned copy of EWS certificate valid for the year 2025-2026 as per the Govt. Instruction dated 25.02.2019.
  8. Scanned copy of DESM certificate for the year 2025-26.
  9. Scanned copy of ESM/DFF certificate.
  10. Scanned copy of Pwbd Certificate. (For Pwbd).
  11. Scanned copy of Aadhar card.
  12. Scanned copy of Haryana Resident Certificate (if a candidate is availing of the benefit of reservation).
  13. Scanned copy of Experience Certificate.
  14. Scanned copy of NOC from the Department (For Haryana Govt… Employees who have signed the Bond)
