HPSC Lecturer Recruitment 2025 – Application Fee

As per the HPSC Lecturer Recruitment 2025 Advertisement, candidates are required to pay a certain amount as an Application Fee:

Steps to Apply for the HPSC Lecturer in 2025:

  • Step 1: Visit the Official Website of the Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) https://hpsc.gov.in/
  • Step 2: Click on the ‘Advertisements’ button in the Menu Bar of a homepage.
  • Step 3: Click the “Click here to Apply Online” button beside the ‘Advt. No. 06 of 2025 – English Lecturer in the Haryana Power Generation Corporation Limited (HPGCL), Energy Department, Haryana, linked under the Advertisement section.
  • Step 4: Select “New Registration”
  • Step 5: Read the instructions & proceed. (click on ‘Got it’).
  • Step 6: Fill in the basic details to complete the registration Process.
  • Step 7: After Registration, a Login ID will be created, and the candidates will have to complete the Registration Process using the Login ID.
  • Step 8: Log in using your USER ID/REGISTRATION ID & Password.
  • Step 9: Fill in the Application Form as required.
  • Step 10: Upload the required documents.
  • Step 11:  Recheck the Application Form before submission.
  • Step 12: Complete the Online Payment Process & take a printout of the Application Form for future reference.

HPSC Lecturer Eligibility Criteria

For this recruitment, a candidate must be either:

  • (a) A citizen of India, or
  • (b) A subject of Nepal, or
  • (c) A subject of Bhutan, or
  • (d) A Tibetan Refugee who came to India before the 1st of January, 1962, intending to settle in India permanently, or
  • (e) A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam intending to permanently settle in India.
  • Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (b), (c), (d) and (e) shall be a person in whose favour the government of India has issued a certificate of eligibility.
  • A candidate for whom a certificate of eligibility is necessary may be admitted to the examination, but the offer of appointment may be given only after the necessary eligibility certificate has been issued to him/her by the government of India.

Documents Required

  1. Scanned Photo duly signed by the Candidate.
  2. Scanned Signatures of the Candidate.
  3. Scanned copies of degrees and mark sheets of the Educational Qualifications.
  4. Scanned copy of the OSC/DSC certificate of Haryana.
  5. A scanned copy of the BC-A & BC-B certificate should be issued in the year 2025-26 as per Govt.. instructions dated 22.03.2022 & notifications dated 16.07.2024, i.e. Certificate should have been issued on or after 01.04.2025, but before the closing date.
  6. Scanned copy of EWS certificate valid for the year 2025-2026 as per the Govt. Instruction dated 25.02.2019.
  7. Scanned copy of DESM certificate for the year 2025-26.
  8. Scanned copy of ESM/DFF certificate.
  9. Scanned copy of Pwbd Certificate. (For Pwbd).
  10. Scanned copy of Aadhar card.
  11. Scanned copy of Haryana Resident Certificate (if a candidate is availing of the benefit of reservation).
  12. Scanned copy of Experience Certificate.
  13. Scanned copy of NOC from the Department (For Haryana Govt… Employees who have signed the Bond)
  14. Scanned copy of proof of having worked on adhoc/contract/work- charged on/ daily wages basis in any Department / Board / Corporation of the Haryana Government (For candidates claiming benefit of age relaxation).

been appointed on regular basis in any
Department/Board/Corporation etc. of Haryana
Government with the benefit of relaxation in age
he will not be entitled to avail the same again for
any subsequent appointment.
